Educator Spotlight: Lisa Daniels

1.) Tell us about yourself.
I’m a Floridian. Most recently from Minnesota, where I finished my fellowship in Critical Care at Mayo Clinic Rochester. Happy to be back to warm weather and in a city!

2.) Why did you go into medicine? 
Medicine provided me the opportunity to simultaneously help people while constantly being challenged to learn more.

3.) What do you enjoy most about teaching?
Teaching is a perfect way to keep learning

4.) Dogs or cats or something else? 
Dogs. I have a Husky and Lab.

5.) What do you like to do in your spare time?
In my spare time, I like to run, hike trails, swim, travel and rescue dogs.
