Tell us about yourself.
I joined Emory faculty in July 2017 after completing my fellowship in critical care medicine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester MN. I have an interest in simulation with a focus on ultrasound guided procedural simulation.
Why did you go into medicine?
Medicine was the perfect way to merge my passions of helping others, teaching, and learning.
What do you enjoy most about teaching?
Teaching provides an opportunity to be part of others journey through medicine and is also a way to continue to be challenged to learn more.
Dogs or cats?
Dogs. Definitely dogs.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I enjoy hiking with my dogs and I am still exploring Atlanta and other parts of Georgia.
