Research fellow Keyona King wins oral presentation award at the Conference for Black Physiologists

Keyona King, PA, PhD, a postdoctoral fellow in the Division of Renal Medicine, was selected to share her research and won an oral presentation award at the inaugural Conference for Black Physiologists April 26, 2021. King’s presentation was titled, “The Effect of EGF Inhibition on Salt Sensitivity.” The conference aimed to promote and celebrate Black excellence, and was sponsored by Black in Physiology.

“I am very grateful for winning the 3-Minute Oral Presentation Award!” said King. “Congratulations to all those who participated. Thank you Black in Physiology for allowing me to be a part of this powerful and inspirational movement!”
